- Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on orders. Earn points or rewards from purchases, birthdays, referrals, client appreciation, and just because!
- Points are added to client’s account when their order is being processed.
- Any points earned or redeemed are non-transferable.
- Points expire after 1 year of earning them. Any rewards will expire after 1 year of redemption.
- Any studio credit earned through point redemption is applicable only to the cost of orders, not session fees, additional charges, or other services.
- Studio credit cannot be applied to the same order in which it was earned; it must be used toward a future session's order.
- The maximum amount of studio credit that can be redeemed per order is 10% of the total order value.
- EX: Hayley has 2,000 points and wants to redeem a $200 studio credit. Her order total is $1,800, so she is only eligible to redeem up to $180. However, she can only redeem 1,750 points for a $175 studio credit because of the point redemption levels (1,000 points for $100 and 750 for $75). The remaining 250 points will stay in her account for future use.
